Refund Policy


  • 7-day, 100-percent refund policy
  • In case of any privacy breach during the refund period, there will be no refund.
  • Any student who has registered with us will not be eligible for a refund if the programme or course begins within the next 7 days.
  • After carefully studying the rules and restrictions associated with the selected good or service, refunds will only be processed through the initial payment procedure.
  • Following notification by the client, the refund for the identical payment made by the candidate will be executed using the same channel (the original method of payment) in ten business days.

  • The one-time payment will be refundable in the case of dual payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, post-sanction.
  • If a student is enrolled in a training that Incolearn has withdrawn, he or she is entitled to a full refund or an equal value of services in exchange.
  • From the "My Orders" section, by clicking on "Initiate Refund" against the specific item of a service, your payment will be refunded. This will work when the item quantity is one.
  • The payment holder is required to keep a copy of the unsuccessful transaction receipts' ID for refund requests.
