When submitting an application for our program you are asked to submit -

Your nationality, so we can determine the Visa Rules applicable (if any) in the location of your internship host company.
And your CV or Resume, so we can register you in a suitable internship role.

Refund Policy

7-day, 100-percent refund policy
In case of any privacy breach during the refund period, there will be no refund.
Any student who has registered with us will not be eligible for a refund if the programme or course begins within the next 7 days.
After carefully studying the rules and restrictions associated with the selected good or service, refunds will only be processed through the initial payment procedure.
Following notification by the client, the refund for the identical payment made by the candidate will be executed using the same channel (the original method of payment) in ten business days.

The one-time payment will be refundable in the case of dual payment.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, post-sanction.
If a student is enrolled in a training that Incolearn has withdrawn, he or she is entitled to a full refund or an equal value of services in exchange.
From the "My Orders" section, by clicking on "Initiate Refund" against the specific item of a service, your payment will be refunded. This will work when the item quantity is one.
The payment holder is required to keep a copy of the unsuccessful transaction receipts' ID for refund requests.

At Your Own Peril

You should only use Incolearn for lawful purposes. The teachers are responsible for the content created and published on our platform. Instructors will maintain the reviews, questions, posts, courses, and other content you upload in accordance with our terms and conditions, with the consent of the instructor and the law, and will respect the intellectual property rights of others. We may suspend your account for repeated or serious violations. As an instructor, you can submit courses for publication on the platform and also communicate with users enrolled in your courses.

In either case, you must comply with the law and respect the rights of others. You may not post courses, questions, answers, reviews, or any other content that violates any applicable local or national law or regulation in your country. You are solely responsible for all courses, content, and actions you post or take through the platform and the services and their consequences. If we receive a notice that your course or content violates the law or the rights of others (e.g., if it is found to infringe the intellectual property or image rights of others or constitutes an illegal activity), if we determine that your content or conduct violates our Terms of Service and Teacher Agreement, or if we believe your content or conduct is illegal, inappropriate, or offensive (e.g., impersonating someone else), we may remove your content from our platform.

Incolearn complies with copyright laws. It is at Incolearn’s discretion to enforce these Terms of Service. We may terminate or suspend your permission to use our platform and services at any time, or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees when due, have prolonged periods of inactivity, have unexpected technical problems, or if we suspect that you are engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities. Upon such termination, we may delete your account and content and prevent you from accessing the platform and using our services.

Your content may continue to be available on the platform even if your account is terminated or suspended. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for the termination of your account, the removal of your content, or the suspension of your access to our platforms and services.

Support System

The support system provided by Incolearn is to be used solely to support the materials discussed in the course. No support is provided for side projects or tasks that the user can work on in their individual capacity. The length of support depends on the plan you have purchased. If the student does not make payments, access to the support system will be blocked. When a user is caught sharing videos, notes, programs, and other digital media content owned by Incolearn , then appropriate legal action would be taken and the user would be responsible for all associated costs.

Third-Party Software Licenses

For certain courses, Incolearn provides legal software licenses for students to practice on. The license for these courses is only available for the duration of the course and may only be used to learn the course for which the license was provided. Use of these licenses for commercial activities will result in immediate loss of access to the course, support system, and all certificates. Commercial use will also be prosecuted.

Incolearn’s Rights

We own the Incolearn platform and services, including the website, current or future applications and services, and things like our logos, APIs, code, and content created by our employees. You may not tamper with or use them without authorization. All right, title, and interest in and to the Incolearn Platform and Services, including our website, our existing or future applications, our APIs, databases, and content that our employees or partners transmit or make available through our Services, are and will remain the exclusive property of Inocbist. Our platforms and services are protected by copyright, trademark, other laws, domain names, and other distinctive features of the brand.

Accessing, searching, or detection

You must not do any of the following while accessing or using the Incolearn Platform and Services:

Access non-public areas of the Platform, Incosbist's computer systems, or Incosbist's technical deployment; these manipulate or use the systems of the service providers of Incosbist.

Language

All of our courses are designed and will be delivered in English only. However, in order to bridge the language gap and for the benefit of the users, we at Incolearn make constant efforts to provide ad hoc support in Indian regional languages, which is largely dependent on the availability of the support person (technical support, TSEs, and career support). However, Incolearn does not guarantee or promise to provide the course content in any of the Indian regional languages other than English.

Course Enrollment

If you register for our course , you will be granted a license from us to display it on the Incolearn platform and for no other use.

Furthermore, you shall not (directly or indirectly): (i) take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Incolearn ’s (or its third-party providers’) infrastructure; (ii) interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform; (iii) bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services (or parts thereof); (iv) modify, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of any part of the Incolearn Services or the Platform; or (v) copy, rent, download, extract, lease, distribute, distribute, or transfer any part of the Platform, Incolearn Content, or any third party user data, unless Incolearn specifically allows you to

Content Ownership and Copyright Conditions of Access

Payments

Course prices are listed on the website for each course programme and are subject to change without notice. The prices for courses at Incolearn are based on the conditions of the lecturer agreement and our pricing and advertising policy. When you are logged into your account, the currency in the list you see is based on your location when you created your account. If you are not logged into your account, the currency is based on the country you are in. We do not allow users to see prices in other currencies. If you are a user located in a country where sales and use taxes, goods and services taxes, or consumer sales taxes apply, it is our responsibility to collect those taxes and remit them to the appropriate taxing authorities. If you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still have access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the applicable fees within thirty (30) days of our notification. We reserve the right to disable access to courses for which we have not received appropriate payment.
